Abstract Submission Guidelines

Deadline: June 1, 2011

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be received no later than June 1st, 2011. Submissions by email, fax or airmail are not permitted. Please contact the Scientific Secretariat when online submission is unavailable. Upon abstract acceptance registration of the presenting author is required prior to inclusion in the final program.

Official Language

All papers have to be submitted and presented in English.

Author Affiliation

Authors from different institutions should be identified by a numeral within the process. Indicate contact person with * and provide his/her email address at the bottom of the abstract.

Text of the Abstract:

A. Headings: When used, the headings of "Objectives", "Methods", "Results" and "Conclusions" should be in bold.
B. The use of standard abbreviations is acceptable. Other abbreviations should be placed in parentheses, after the first appearance of the full word for which it stands.

Once your Abstract is Accepted

Once your abstract is accepted, you will need to either prepare an oral presentation or to develop a poster. Instructions will follow along with acceptance.
